It depends on what chip your Mac has.
Click the Apple menu in the top-left and choose "About This Mac".
If you see a line that says Chip and it lists something like Apple M1 / M2 / M3 / M4 / M5, download the "Apple silicon" file.
If you see Processor and it lists Intel, download the Intel file.
